I have explored virtually all religious persuasions. I am retired, but was a teacher and professor of history, science, logic and writing in both secondary schools and several colleges. It seems clear that the land which is Israel was artifically created in 1947. Harry Truman certified the new Israel in 1948. Before 1948, Israel was Palestine. This is clear from all records which exist.

Prior to the establishment of Israel in 1948, the territory was known as the British Mandate of Palestine and was under British administration following the end of the Ottoman Empire. During the Persian/Ottoman Empire, Palestine was NOT Israel but was inhabited by various groups, including Arabs, Jews, and Phoenicians. The specific origins of these groups varied; some, like the Jews, had been exiled from Babylon to Palestine, while others, like Phoenicians, were already established in the region. Babylon was not in Palestine.

Babylon was located in southern Mesopotamia, modern-day Iraq, approximately 50 miles south of Baghdad, along the Euphrates River. History speaks and sometimes she screams. The descendents of (mostly) Phoenecians in Israel are currently committing Genocide in Gaza. Phoenecians were not Jewish. Phoenecians were a distinct ancient Semitic-speaking civilization with their own culture and religion, distinct from Judaism.

Peace in The Middle East: End the Killing

Israel is a nuclear power with an Air Force, Navy and Special Forces divisions armed with sophisticated US military hardware. The people in Gaza are struggling to survive. This misuse of US military aid for attacks, bombings, invasions, resouroce seizures, settlement
construction, wall-building, home destruction and other war crimes… must end.
