Murder in Cincinnati: Body Cam Video Released – Ray Tensing Charged With Murder of Sam Dubose

oe Deters, the Hamilton County Prosecutor, said this murder was “Another asinine, senseless shooting.” Deters went on to say that Dubose “Didn’t deserve to be shot in the head” and that “he didn’t even deserve to be tased.”

The video released today contradicts Officer Tensing’s prior statements. As seen in the video, Dubose was asked to unbuckle his seat belt and step out of the vehicle. Dubose apparently moved his foot off the brake, which caused the car to move. Without hesitation, the officer drew his weapon and fired, striking Dubose in the head. He was not being dragged by the vehicle, nor was his life in danger.

Anonymous Says ‘Sandra Bland Was Murdered’, Calls For National ‘Day of Rage’

Since Sandra Bland was killed in police custody, a number of theories have arisen regarding how she died and why. Few believe that she committed suicide, and the investigation into her death has now shifted gears from a suicide investigation, to a homicide.

Premeditated murder by cop. No charges filed, citizens remain at risk.

One of the GBI investigators who supervised the criminal investigation into the shooting told the AJC that the shooting was unjust.

“This is the worst one I’ve ever investigated,” said Mike McDaniel, a retired GBI agent. “I don’t think it’s a good shoot. I don’t think it’s justified.”

Even the lead investigator says that this was unjustified, yet these two cops are still out on the street, “protecting and serving.” So turn the brutal, rusty, and bloody cogs of the American justice system.
