Humans are carbon-based beings.  And we are NOT suffering from overpopulation.

We can shut down wars of choice and reinvest those funds in infrastructure, alternative energy, education, health care, housing and peace. We have solutions.

We need not go back to living in caves to survive. We have viable solutions, but crazy people spend trillions on war… making sustainable alternatives impossible.

Technology is not the problem. War, greed and stupidity are the problems.

We can shut down the wars and hold the cons accountable by organizing, educating and agitating.  This has been working across human history.

The unfortunate part is that Obama and Trump are on the same page: Trump will keep spending trillions to kill and displace millions. These unnecessary conflicts will continue our downward spiral into fiscal chaos, global depression and retreat… while oceans rise to flood all shores.

resist
This nation, already bankrupt, will continue down the same “wars and profiteering” highway.  The only  escape from this insanity is: secure the peace, rebuild infrastructure, restore civil rights and export knowledge, technology and peace while trying to save the planet.

But so far, it looks like Trump is part of the same old millionaire’s glee club. 95% of the rest of us are not in the club.  We can expect more jobs exported angrytrumpoverseas, sinking incomes and rising health care costs… with banksters robbing us blind and stealing our homes while the CIA is hijacking our future.

Four years of paid college education along with universal, single-payer, non-profit health care are not in Trump’s deck.  (He’s dealing from the same deck used by the last five presidents.)

Trump is in office because neither party offered a qualified candidate. Sometimes wolftrumpwe have to suffer because of incompetents, liars and crooks, but we don’t have to like it.

We deserve a leader gutsy enough to secure the peace. This did not happen in November 2016 and will not happen until we demand it.

Trump, Clinton, Sanders. Obama and their ilk are unwilling to change. They allow transnational corporations to have their way with the American people.  And planet Earth hangs in the balance.

Trump, the orange con man, is a sociopath. His narcissism, thin skin, fragile ego, sanctimonious ignorance, pouting twitter tweets and adolescent outlook are bright red flags.  He’s got a screw loose.

Our new president is self-possessed and delusional. Donald is prejudiced against people of color, Mexicans and women.  Trump acts like a petulant rebellious teenager.  Don John thinks everybody is out to get him. This childlike paranoia is not presidential and may be dangerous for this nation.

Any corporate media promoted “rage” against Trump has nothing to do with this nightmare. What people feel about Trump is not the vitriol pretended in mainstream media presses. Most everyday Americans feel pity and/or disgust at Donald’s lewd, petty and vitriolic hate. 81% of the nation did not vote for Donald.

This orange boy-man needs to grow up real quick.

So, instead of addressing these issues we spend trillions killing millions for billionaires… in American wars on nations whose people have not attacked us.occupy
The United States of America is officially bankrupt and our pretend money will not support official fictions. We know dozens of unprovoked and expanding wars of aggression will result in the economic bottom falling out between 2025 and 2030. This will lead to a global economic depression unlike any in recorded human history.
In response to these collective threats, a bold and daring 18% of the American people elect a narcissist, neo-fascist, clueless, racist, ranting, orange misogynist.

War is not the answer…

Election year nonsense can be very painful.

kingtrumpElection year nonsense can be very painful.
The Republican party bragged about wanting to spend trillions killing millions in avoidable wars for billionaires… and the Democratic party lied about wanting to spend trillions killing millions in avoidable wars for billionaires.

With Trump, Clinton or Obama… this was a losing proposition.

81-kpqrfqzl-_sl1500_

We had two actual choices:

One choice was Trump or Clinton for wars on the road to ruin

The other choice was Dr. Jill Stein and The Green New Deal: securing the peace and investing in people, progress and the planet.

War was not the answer.

angrytrump

But mainstream media represented the corporate elite and gave us entertainment instead of hard news.

So we got Trumped.

Now that the deed is done, we can’t pretend anymore.
We can secure the peace and rebuild the nation or let the bottom fall out.

Time to organize.   Si se puede.

Peace and Progress or Unending Wars

On most areas of economic policy, most progressives agree more than they disagree. But too many people with good hearts refuse to face facts about the last 8 years. This studious ignorance is not helpful. We cannot continue fighting 27 simultaneous, unprovoked and unwinnable wars. This has bankrupted the nation.

peace5The newest propaganda from the corporate elite is working too well. People who would not accept the illegal Vietnam war are now willing to condone or endorse more than 27 illegal and unprovoked wars of choice against smaller and less powerful nations who have not attacked us.

What have we become?  Too many of the people who stood up for peace have now chosen to remain silent. These unprovoked American wars for extraction, exploitation and extortion which expanded under Obama have continued to expand under “The Don” huckster and con-man D. J. Trump.

Where have the peacemakers gone?

If there was ever a time to speak up, this is the time. We have become the aggressor in 27 avoidable wars. This costs trillions of dollars and millions of lives. resistThese unnecessary wars of aggression create new enemies while making us demonstrably less secure.

We have not, will not and cannot “win” wars of aggression against dozens of smaller and less powerful nations who have not attacked us. Surrendering to unnecessary wars is a losing proposition.

In most areas of economic policy, most progressives agree more than they disagree.
But too many people with good hearts refuse to face facts about the last 9 plus years.
This studious ignorance is frustrating and fatal.

We cannot continue fighting 27 simultaneous, unprovoked and unwinnable wars. This insanity has already bankrupted the nation.

…We are still fighting unprovoked wars (Bombings, Drones, Other [CIA]) in Afghanistan, Algeria, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Gaza, Gulf of Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Tunesia, Uganda, Ukraine, West Bank, & Yemen.

obamabush

No sane person can call this surrender to expanding wars “good leadership.”

During his time in office Obama bombed more than TEN sovereign states:  Afghanistan, Algeria, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, the Phillipines, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen and Kandahar.

None of these nations attacked us.

This aggression against smaller and less powerful nations represents more violence than any of Obama’s predecessors since World War II. Most bombings violate International Treaties, U. S. Civil Law, the war powers act and constitutional mandates.

obama_yes_we_can_murder

Most Americans do not hate the former president, but we despise how congress and the president have spent trillions killing millions for billionaires instead of attending to the peoples’ business.

Barack Obama refused to govern. Instead, he allowed the CIA, the Pentagon, war-hawks and profiteers to bankrupt the nation with endless, expanding and increasing wars of aggression for the corporate bottom line.

We have become the primary source of terror, munitions and war on the planet. This matters.  No thinking person can condone what the Obama administration has done to the nation and the planet.

The U. S. A. is now Murder, Inc. And the Don of this organized crime syndicate,
D.J. Trump, is now on board for dozens of expanding wars and bankruptcy.

 no6

Publishing facts about the last 9 years can stir people up. We have watched dysfunctional leadership bankrupt the nation while avoidable deaths rise at home and abroad.

The Obama administration failed to secure the peace or create jobs at home.

This is the Obama legacy.

I  would enjoy having a beer with Obama at the local pub. But his refusal to govern is dangerous and disappointing. He allowed the CIA and Pentagon to take us from 4 wars to 27 wars.

Sigh. I voted for him once. But he stabbed us in the back and expects us to thank him for pulling the knife out halfway.  No more “lesser-evil” for me.

Obama surrendered to the corporate elite. Liberal apologies for Obama’s bloody eight years cannot change facts on the ground. We have created millions new enemies, incurred trillions in new debt and are demonstrably less secure. This is a big part of how Trump the racist chump got elected.

war

American military misadventures have bankrupted the nation. If these more than two dozen simultaneous and expanding wars continue… we will be in full retreat from more than 900 military bases while dead oceans become seas rising to flood all shores.

Facts matter. And we are in a heap of trouble.  We need to vote our values instead of our fears in 2018 and 2020. A Green New Deal is exactly what we need. Shut down corporate wars to rebuild the nation.

Our New President could have been:
Dr. Jill Stein

DSC_0635-copy.14236.widea.0“My Power to the People Plan creates deep system change, moving from the greed and exploitation of corporate capitalism to a human-centered economy that puts people, planet and peace over profit.

It offers direct answers to the economic, social, and ecological crises brought on by both corporate political parties. And it empowers the American people to fix our broken political system and make real the promise of democracy.

This plan will end unemployment and poverty; avert climate catastrophe; build a sustainable, just economy; and recognize the dignity and human rights of everyone in our society and our world. The power to create this new world is not in our hopes, it’s not in our dreams – it’s in our hands.”

Time

Time heals all wounds…

“Here we are, trapped in the amber of the moment. There is no why.”
Kurt Vonnegut

einstein
“Time is an illusion.”

Albert Einstein

Is Time on our side?

Time…   comes in many flavors…

William Faulkner

“The past is never dead. It’s not even past.”

William Faulkner, Requiem for a Nun

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwYX52BP2Sk

Time may be on our side, an illusion or beyond our ken, but the laws of physics say time travel is possible.

Some explorers may embark on a voyage through time… or time travelers may discover us….

“The great 20th century scientist Albert Einstein developed a theory called Special Relativity. The ideas of Special Relativity are very hard to imagine because they aren’t about what we experience in everyday life, but scientists have confirmed them. This theory says that space and time arHistory_Einstein_for_end_of_Nuclear_Proliferation_Speech_SF_still_624x352e really aspects of the same thing—space-time. There’s a speed limit of 300,000 kilometers per second (or 186,000 miles per second) for anything that travels through space-time, and light always travels the speed limit through empty space.

Special Relativity also says that a surprising thing happens when you move through space-time, especially when your speed relative to other objects is close to the speed of light. Time goes slower for you than for the people you left behind. You won’t notice this effect until you return to those stationary people.”

http://spaceplace.nasa.gov/review/dr-marc-space/time-travel.html

time_machine_041“Time travel used to be thought of as just science fiction, but Einstein’s general theory of relativity allows for the possibility that we could warp space-time so much that you could go off in a rocket and return before you set out.”   ~Stephen Hawking

“Look at anyone’s bookcase at home, no matter how modest, and you’re going to find a book that contains wisdom or ideas or a language that’s at least a thousand years old. And the idea that humans have created a mechanism to time travel, to hurl ideas into the future, it sort of bookends. Books are a time machine.”   ~Jonathan Nolan

Time travel is the concept of human movement between certain points in time, analogous to movement between different points in space, typically using a hypothetical device known as a time machine, in the form of a vehicle or of a portal connecting distant points in time.
Travel between these points would require some sort of teleportation.

  1. 10 TECHNOLOGIES AND METHODS FOR TIME CONTROL AND TIME TRAVEL
(according to the Anderson Institute: full resource at: http://www.andersoninstitute.com/time-travel-secret-truth.htm
Quantum Tunneling Time Travel Quantum Tunneling: is an evanescent wave coupling effect that occurs in quantum mechanics. The correct wavelength combined with the proper tunneling barrier makes it possible to pass signals faster than light, backwards in time.  Gamma-Magnetic Field Time Travel Circulating Light Beams: can be created using gamma and magnetic fields to warp time. The approach can twist space that causes time to be twisted, meaning you could theoretically walk through time as you walk through space.
Near-Lightspeed Time Travel Near-Lightspeed Travel: has the ability to significantly dilate time, sending an accelerating traveler rapidly forward in time relative to those left behind before her travel. The closer to the speed of light, the further into the future the travel.  Wormhole Time Travel Wormholes: are hypothetical areas of warped spacetime with great energy that can create tunnels through spacetime. If traversable they would allow a traveler to quickly move through great distances in space and also travel through time.
Alcubierre Warp Drive Time Travel Alcubierre Warp Drive: stretches spacetime in a wave causing the fabric of space ahead of a spacecraft to contract and the space behind it to expand. The ship can ride the wave to accelerate to high speeds and time travel.  Cosmic String Time Travel Cosmic Strings: are a hypothetical 1-dimensional (spatially) topological defect in the fabric of spacetime left over from the formation of the universe. Interaction could create fields of closed timelike curves permitting backwards time travel.
Faster-than-Light Time Travel Faster-than-Light Travel: is a controversial subject. According to special relativity anything that could travel faster-than-light would move backward in time. As the same time, special relativity states that this would require infinite energy.  Tipler Cylinder Time Travel Tipler Cylinder: uses a massive and long cylinder spinning around its longitudinal axis. The rotation creates a frame-dragging effect and fields of closed timelike curves traversable in a way to achieve subluminal time travel to the past.
Time-warped Field Time Travel Time-warped Fields: use energy within curvatures of spacetime around a rotating mass or energy field to generate containable and controllable fields of closed-timelike curves that can move matter and information forward or backward in time.  Casimer Time Travel Casimir Effect: a physical force arising from a quantized field, for example between two uncharged plates. This can produce a locally mass-negative region of space-time that could stabilize a wormhole to allow faster than ght travel.

“The only reason for time is so that everything doesn’t happen at once.” Albert Einstein

    Teleportation and Time: traveling

timetravelkatoIf Einstein’s version of the universe is correct—and experiments done over the last century suggest that essentially it is—then the fictionalized feats based on his theories might be possible as well. The potential has become so tantalizing that serious physicists now regularly comment on Einstein-based technologies in the most august journals of their field.

One of the most insightful of such speculators is Michio Kaku, a physicist at the City University of New York. Einstein’s scientific legacy, Kaku points out, has already formed the basis of many incredible inventions, including the laser and the global positioning system. But what would it take to reach the next level, developing such extrapolations of Einstein’s genius as the means to journey through wormholes, teleport through space, or travel back and forth in time? Scientists have already begun the work, and Kaku reports on their progress here.

    http://discovermagazine.com/2008/mar/teleportation-very-possible-next-up-time-travel

timetravelTime Travel & Teleportation may be closer than Kaku imagines…

Physicists Andrew Cleland and John Martinis from the University of California at Santa Barbara and their colleagues designed the machine — a tiny metal paddle just barely visible to the naked eye — and coaxed it into dancing with a quantum groove: First, they cooled the paddle until it reached its “ground state,” or the lowest energy state permitted by the laws of quantum mechanics (a goal long-sought by physicists). Then they raised the widget’s energy by a single quantum to produce a purely quantum-mechanical state of motion.

Each year the International Day of Peace is observed around the world on 21 September.

The day was established in 1981 by the United Nations General Assembly and in 2001, the General Assembly voted to designate the day as a period of non-violence and ceasefire.

To mark the day, here’s some famous quotes about peace.

1. “Peace is a daily, a weekly, a monthly process, gradually changing opinions, slowly eroding old barriers, quietly building new structures.”  – John F. Kennedy

2. “Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding.”
 Albert Einstein

3. “Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
 Martin Luther King, Jr.

4.  “Imagine all the people living life in peace. You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you’ll join us, and the world will be as one”
– John Lennon

5. “It isn’t enough to talk about peace. One must believe in it. And it isn’t enough to believe in it. One must work at it.” – Eleanor Roosevelt

“Peace is something we must all work for, every day.” – Ban Ki-moon at @UN event in New York

peace4On 16 September 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., the Secretary-General celebrated the Day in the Peace Garden at United Nations Headquarters by ringing the Peace Bell and observing a minute of silence. Women Nobel Peace Prize laureates and the United Nations Messengers of Peace were invited to participate in the ceremony. The United Nations Education Outreach Section held a global student videoconference on the same day, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., also at United Nations Headquarters.
